The Gift of Life Has an Expiration Date

The Gift of Life Has an Expiration Date

What Are You Going To Do About It?
Religious or not, traditional or not — does not make a difference. You were given the priceless gift of life. The gift expires sooner than later. Moreover, the expiration date is not pre-announced. Are you going spend all your life figuring out why you were given the gift? And, allow paralysis by analysis to be your life's main purpose?

Don't look at me. I have no answer that will suit you. In fact, I'm not sure if my current answer for myself suits me. You want to know my answer for myself? Since you asked, I'll tell you — first, do no harm; second, be grateful for the gift of life; and third, a good way to demonstrate gratitude for the gift of life is to help others enjoy their lives. I have no particular suggestion for how to do this third idea. And, remember, my current answer (for myself) is subject to change any time. Enlightenment often eludes me. But every now and then, I get lucky and I'm able to see through my fog of ignorance.
